- Is INICIA comedogenic?
INICIA is dermatologist-tested and developed for all skin types. In our formulation, ingredients with potential comedogenic risk are at a total concentration less than 1% of the final formula, making it unlikely to clog pores or irritate acne-prone skin.
- Does INICIA works for deeper complexion?
INICIA dries down sheer with ultra-fine silver and pearlescent pigments to give a "glass skin" look. A little goes a long way for an illuminated effect on all skin tones.
- Does INICIA dries down?
INICIA dries down quickly and is not sticky or heavy the way many long-wear primers are
- Does INICIA highlights texture, open pores or fine lines?
Large pearlescent particles often emphasize texture and pores, which is why INICIA uses mica with an ultra-fine particle size to help provide a soft glow and light diffusion simultaneously. It also has film-forming ingredients which help keep pigments evenly distributed on the skin.
- Why does INICIA seems half empty after the first uses?
Each INICIA tube is precisely filled to 30 mL, like many other primers on the market. The extra space you may notice is intentional. Instead of including plastic components in the tube, this strategy helps to regulate the pressure inside the tube so the formula dispenses evenly, and doesn’t all flow out when seal is broken.
- Why does INICIA has PEG-40?
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil does not persist in the environment like a plastic would. It starts with castor oil, and is gently processed so it can act as an emulsifier, meaning it helps keep ingredients from separating and gives the product a smooth, stable feel. Because it is water-soluble and partly derived from a natural oil, it gets broken down by microorganisms in wastewater treatments and in the environment.
- Does aluminum leach into the formula from the packaging?
We've performed compatibility testing to confirm the formula remains stable in the aluminum tube and that there are no harmful substances migrating from the packaging into the formula during normal use and storage. There were no negative chemical reactions between the formula and the packaging material, and no changes to the product (such as color, odor, viscosity, pH, or performance).
- Does the formula work with silicone based foundations?
Yes, it has many film formers that help it work well with silicone foundations. For best results, let the primer set for 30-60 seconds before applying the foundation.
- How to open?
To puncture a small hole in the seal, carefully use a clean pin, needle, or the tip of small scissors
- Can be worn with sunscreen?
You should apply Inicia 1-2 minutes after sunscreen, allowing the sunscreen to fully set

I love the Inicia Primer but the container is not fully filled because of the material. For the price that I paid, I was expecting more product.
I have NEVER found a product like this for my oily skin. I love the look of a natural glow, but find that most glowy serums or primers end up looking like an oil slick on my face very shortly after applying. Even when using a mattifying primer or setting spray, my make up tends to be “melted” off after a few hours from initial application and I need to heavily touch it up. I was soooo pleasantly surprised with how well this product preps my skin, creates a very natural flow, and gives longevity to my makeup. RUN, don’t walk, to get this!! Currently ordering 3 back ups!

I think this is my new favorite primer. I loved the way it prepped my skin and left it glowy. The formula isn’t too thick and it’s so good for my dry skin. I hope this primer blows up asap
I live in EPTX, the dry heat here is awful and this primer helped not only to keep my makeup all day but to feel hydrated. It glows more on my T-zone but not an oily glow, a healthy glow. My skin was looking so fresh even after 8 hrs of work. I wish I took pics with no filter :(
This primer gives the best, natural glow without sparkles or a greasy texture. I’m in my early 40s and my skin isn’t producing natural shine like it used to; this restores glow. I use this by itself when running errands, under and on top of makeup on nights out. Just the right amount of stick (without being sticky) to make foundation stay in place. Best primer ever!

Great luminous glow. Lots of grip under foundation. The inly thing i dont like is the fliw of product out if the tube. O put the smallest hole in it AND too much product comes out too fast, which is a waste. I thought of outting it upright in the refrigerator, but that didnt work either. I would have given 5 ⭐️ except for that.

Primer itself is amazing. The shuttle glow it gives under my foundation is absolutely stunning and helps keep my makeup in place all day. The 4 stars is because of the packaging/tube it’s in. When it arrives you have to puncture the tube, typically this style the cap helps create the puncture but for this product I had to use a knife which is not safe or easy. Secondly the cap is hard to screw on off, leading to sometimes squeezing the aluminum tube to tight and the product then spills out uncontrollably. If there is better packaging, definitely 5stars.

Very very fine pearl/mica which gives an extremely flattering glow/sheen to the skin. Softer than glass skin…more believable and real skinlike. Definitely no “tin man” effect. Plus, the entire container is recyclable including the cap! No piercing mechanism on the cap.
Ive never used a glow product like this, it is fantastic. Under my foundation, this provides a lovely glow. Also I would highly revommend the company on their fast shipping and excellent packaging!
