MÉXICO:

Most orders are delivered in 1-4 days.
Orders are processed the same day or the next day (depending on time).
All shipments are contracted with express service, below are the delivery times:
CDMX: Same day delivery. (when ordering before 2:00 pm)
Major cities: Next day delivery. (QRO, MTY, GDL, VER, HID, MOR, PUE, SLP, NLE, JAL, NAY, TAB)
The rest of the republic: Delivery of 2 - 8 days. *For locations considered to be in an extended or remote area, there may only be land service, and delivery may take up to 12 days.

USA:
The majority of orders are delivered in 2-5 days.
Orders are processed the same day or the next day (depending on time).

MÉXICO:

We offer exchanges and returns only if the product(s) you purchased have any irregularities such as the following:
Product damaged during transport
Product with factory damage
Wrong product
After the date you receive your order, you have 7 business days to contact us and proceed with the exchange or return.
To be able to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt (e-mail) or proof of purchase.

We offer two refund options for returnable merchandise:
You can select a replacement for the product, return the product, and we will send you another one.
You can also select to return for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a return shipping fee of $130 MXN.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

USA:

We do not accept returns from the United States at this time.

MEXICO:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If awaiting refun and more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contacto@aoramexico.com.
